How to Take Micro-Timeouts in Your Day:

  1. Stretch Like a Cat 🐈‍⬛ Pause for a 2-minute stretch between appointments. Your back (and brain) will purr with relief.
  2. Nature Nibbles 🌤️ Step outside, feel the sun (or snow ❄️), and breeeeeathe…Even 5 minutes in fresh air can help reset your nervous system!
  3. Tech Timeout 📵 Silence your phone, close the laptop, and savor your lunch – mindfully, bite by delicious bite!
