  2. Practice Purrrrposeful Pauses 🕰️ Before that next phone call or surgery, take a deep breath. Center yourself. You’ve got this.
  3. Choose Your Thoughts Wisely 💭 William James said it best: “The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.” Practice picking the uplifting ones!
