We introduce the concept of stimulus control to improve sleep quality by eliminating behaviors that are incompatible with sleep from the bedroom environment

Throughout this program you will track your sleep habits using a sleep diary to identify where you need to make changes and see where improvements are being made!
This section looks at ways to modify our schedule for our bed time and wake time to reduce time spent awake in bed
